Estimates and calculators
Savings, subsidy, EMI and payback figures shown on this website — including the solar calculator — are indicative estimates based on typical Uttar Pradesh tariffs and irradiation. Final figures are confirmed only in a written quotation after a physical site visit.
Quotations
Written quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to site conditions, component availability and applicable taxes at the time of order confirmation.
Subsidy assistance
Bina Ma Solar assists with documentation and filing under government schemes. Approval, amount and disbursal timing are decided solely by the concerned government authority and distribution company.
Warranties
Module, inverter and workmanship warranties are as stated in your order documents and are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and to reasonable maintenance of the installed system.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
